Untung Pracukai Q1 IGB Reit Meningkat Kepada RM72.81 Juta

KUALA LUMPUR, 26 April (Bernama) — Untung sebelum cukai IGB Real Estate Investment Trust (IGB Reit) suku pertama berakhir 31 Mac, 2016 meningkat kepada RM72.81 juta berbanding RM69.9 juta yang direkodkan pada tempoh yang sama tahun lepas. Perolehan meningkat kepada RM131.21 juta dalam tempoh itu berbanding RM125.44 juta tahun lepas, sebahagian besarnya disebabkan pendapatan sewaan yang lebih tinggi, kata IGB Reit dalam makluman kepada Bursa Malaysia hari ini. — BERNAMA
